Signature little red stitched-on flower

The elastic waist has lost a lot of its stretch and needs to have new elastic put in to tighten waist.  Otherwise, in Excellent Condition - priced accordingly.

Waist currently measures 42".

The circumference on this petticoat measures an incredible 176 feet!  We're not kidding!!!
